UTZ BRANDS APPOINTS PAMELA STEWART TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

(NYSE: UTZ) (“Utz” or the “Company”), a leading U.S. manufacturer of branded salty snacks announced today that Pamela Stewart has been appointed as a Director on the Utz Board of Directors (“Board”).
